Top 50 accounting firm Frazier & Deeter said Monday it has acquired Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, a CPA and advisory firm with offices in Huntsville, AL, Pensacola, FL and Winter Haven, FL.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Atlanta-based Frazier & Deeter said it will integrate Anglin into its broader operational infrastructure, providing immediate access to firm-wide support services, including technology, finance, marketing, and talent development. Anglin will operate under the Frazier & Deeter global brand.

Frazier & Deeter, which announced in April that it was receiving private equity backing from a group led by global investment firm General Atlantic, said the acquisition of Anglin broadens its reach across Alabama, Central Florida, and the Florida Panhandle, creating a natural geographic corridor with the firm’s existing offices in Atlanta, Tampa, and Nashville. The accounting firm said the move also enhances its service offerings in key industry sectors, including government contracting.

“For more than three decades, Anglin has built a strong reputation for fostering client trust, delivering technical excellence, and cultivating a people-first culture, particularly in the government contracting and construction industries,” Seth McDaniel, partner and CEO of Frazier & Deeter, said in a statement. “Their entrepreneurial mindset integrates seamlessly with our firm’s values, and we are excited to welcome the Anglin team as we continue to broaden our footprint and serve clients.”

In addition to strengthening core service areas such as tax, audit, and advisory, Anglin brings specialized expertise in government contracting, construction, client accounting and advisory services (CAAS), and HR consulting services to Frazier & Deeter.

These capabilities “significantly deepen Frazier & Deeter’s industry specializations and scale its advisory platform into the high-demand GovCon sector,” a July 28 media release says.

“Our firms have enjoyed a collaborative relationship for years through the CPAmerica network,” said Brandon Smith, managing partner of Anglin. “Joining Frazier & Deeter allows us to build on that partnership and unlock new opportunities for our clients and teams, supported by the extensive resources of a nationally recognized firm that aligns with our values and vision.”

On its website, Anglin is calling itself “Anglin, a Frazier & Deeter company.” The firm was founded in Huntsville, AL, in 1990.

Over its 44-year history, Frazier & Deeter has offered a comprehensive range of traditional and specialized services, including tax planning and compliance, audit and assurance, C-suite strategy and support, forensic accounting, digital transformation, cybersecurity compliance frameworks, accounting advisory, and IPO readiness. It also provides outsourced payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting services. With a presence across the U.S., United Kingdom, and India, the firm specializes in industries including life sciences, real estate, technology, healthcare, international services, and manufacturing, among others, and has supported closely held businesses, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
