Top 200 accounting firm Meaden & Moore has acquired ChainRing Advisors, a Cleveland, OH-based advisory and management consulting firm.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Meaden & Moore, also based in Cleveland, said the acquisition supports its continued expansion into business intelligence, technology-enabled advisory, operational excellence and outsourced services.

The firm also announced that ChainRing Advisors founder Mark Kasinec would become Meaden & Moore’s director of advisory services. In this newly created role, Kasinec will oversee the development of technology-driven solutions, processes, and tools that will enhance Meaden & Moore’s ability to serve clients across multiple practice areas, the firm said. He also will work closely with the firm’s internal teams and clients to deliver actionable insights that improve performance, drive profitability, and support long-term sustainability.
