Kim Conaway, is the Director of Audit Product Management at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America. She has been with the company since 2003, bringing extensive experience from her previous roles in public accounting. Kim spent nearly six years on the Engagement Training and Consulting Team, where she helped accounting firms enhance their processes through technology and efficient audit techniques. This background provides her with a deep understanding of the needs and best practices for firms of all sizes. Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Kim worked for over seven years in public accounting with two local Pittsburgh firms, focusing on audits, reviews, and compilations for commercial, not-for-profit, and governmental entities. She also served as the Assurance Product Line Manager for a Top 10 CPA firm.

Andrea Hearn is Associate Director, Technology Product Management for Accounting and Audit Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, North America.  In this role, Andrea leads the development and delivery of innovative, cloud-based software for accounting and audit professionals.  Andrea joined Wolters Kluwer in 2006 and has spent more than 15 years working with customers and software teams to improve audit workflow solutions.

Gail Perry is the editor-in-chief of CPA Practice Advisor. A veteran of accounting journalism, she also speaks at many accounting events, trade shows, and webinars.
